An incredible new collaboration between Char Man and Topa Topa Brewing Company, featuring Dos Topas Lagar, blended with Jalapeños and cider vinegar. What pushes it over the top is the inclusion of “salsa macha” chile oil, made by frying Morita and Guajillo chiles to crispy perfection, adding a slight creaminess and complex flavor.
